With a deep passion for education and leadership, I strive to be a guiding light for those navigating the evolving challenges of teaching and school leadership. Through personalized support, engaging workshops, and strategic consulting, I help educators rediscover their purpose, refine their practices, and create lasting impact in their communities.

About
My name is Dr. Eddie Wilkin
Dr. Eddie Wilkin is a passionate conductor, guest speaker, educator, and pianist dedicated to inspiring individuals to connect with their authentic selves through music and self-discovery. His philosophy is rooted in a lifetime of meaningful experiences at home, in school, and through his extensive musical pursuits. Eddie thrives on working with learners of all ages across diverse disciplines, fostering growth and creativity.
Currently, Eddie serves as the Band Director at Cyrus Peirce Middle School in Nantucket, Massachusetts, and as a course instructor and designer for Castleton University's Center for Schools. He is also the visionary founder of Lighthouse Education and Coaching, offering professional development and transformative opportunities for educators. In addition, Eddie is the founder and Director of the Nantucket Island Youth Orchestra and the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Nantucket Community Music Center's Community Chorus.
Eddie’s leadership and commitment to the arts have earned him numerous accolades, including GMMDV New Music Educator of the Year (2016), ARSU Teacher of the Year (2017), UVM Teacher of the Year (2017), two-time Grammy Music Educator Semi-Finalist (2018 & 2019), Vermont Teacher of the Year Finalist (2018), and GMMDV Music Teacher of the Year (2019). His work continues to inspire and uplift through the power of music and education.
